What the name at the top of a sheet tells you
A shopping-agent spreadsheet is usually a discovery list associated with a platform, community, editor, or link format. It may include product titles, source URLs, images, price references, size notes, QC routes, or estimated weights. Those fields can be useful without being current, complete, or portable.
The agent name mainly tells you which route the editor expected readers to use. It does not prove that the sheet is official, that every link still works, or that the seller, variant, price, service, and policy are unchanged.
Keep the original source. Recheck everything that belongs to the current service.
Why two agent-branded sheets are not interchangeable
Spreadsheets are often copied, renamed, and shared again. The title may be new while the source row is months old, so always check the date, destination, and original URL.
The same product name can also hide a different seller, colour, size, bundle, or version. Compare the source page and selected option instead of treating the sheet name as the product identity.
If a row has moved to another service, assume that account tools, supported links, fees, returns, storage, and shipping choices may be different. Confirm those details through the service you are actually using.

Transfer a row without losing its meaning
- Save the original source URL.Keep Taobao, Weidian, 1688, Yupoo, Xianyu, or another visible origin separate from the agent-formatted route.
- Identify the exact option.Record size, colour, style, version, quantity, and any SKU wording before opening a new route.
- Match the images.Check that the title, cover image, detail photos, and option image still describe the same item.
- Date the price.A price copied from a spreadsheet is context from that moment, not a current quote.
- Rebuild the evidence check.Do not carry over a QC conclusion, seller note, availability claim, or review without confirming its current context.
- Use official operational tools.Account status, warehouse handling, payment, returns, and shipping belong to the service currently being used.
A converted link is not a verified match
Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 are source marketplaces. Their names may help you trace where a row began, but they do not verify the seller, listing, or selected option.
A converter changes how a URL opens. It does not confirm the product, seller, option, images, stock, or policy.
After conversion, compare the visible source domain, item identifier when available, title, option names, seller details, and images. If the new page cannot be reconciled with the saved row, mark the match as uncertain instead of filling the gap with an assumption.

Finding a photo set and confirming the item are different steps. Match the item, option, and date first, then look for the angles that show construction, condition, colour, alignment, measurements, or included pieces.
Do not carry a size verdict from one row to another just because the product name looks the same. Compare the measurement method, selected size, chart units, item dimensions, and a reference you already know works.
Use the weaker evidence set as the limit of what you can currently conclude.
Shipping estimates do not transfer with the row
A shipping calculator, weight calculator, or shipping estimate depends on current inputs and rules. Item weight, retained packaging, packed dimensions, destination, route, service level, restrictions, and billable-weight method may all change.
Carry over a weight only as a dated planning note with its source. Recalculate through the official service once actual or current parcel details are available; do not present an older spreadsheet figure as a final shipping charge.
